Our Apple Cider is homemade by boiling whole cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, and cloves in pressed apple juice in our steam kettle for over an hour. Then we top it off with whipped cream and cinnamon.
Made with premium Ghirardelli chocolate, then topped off with one of our very own homemade, hand cut peppermint, vanilla, or chocolate marshmallows.
The Almond Joy
The Almond Joy Latte is a specialty coffee drink that was created by Pony, a Barista at our Hillsboro Village store. This candy-inspired masterpiece features a combination of coconut, hazelnut, and chocolate flavors stirred into Intelligentsia Black Cat Espresso then topped off with steamed milk.
The Sherlock Holmes
Our Sherlock Holmes is a vanilla latte enriched with Irish Cream and swirled with caramel.

Provence Breads & Cafe prides itself in serving only the very best coffees. We invite you to visit our Hillsboro Village location and experience hand-crafted pour-over coffee by ‘Intelligentsia’ and ‘Batdorf and Bronson’.
Jason Dominy, acclaimed and award winning brew master of the Clever Dripper brewing system, trained our staff to produce pour over coffee using the Clever Dripper and some very exacting procedures.
The video below comes from the folks at Intelligentsia, our coffee and espresso roaster. These folks are the industries very best buyers, roasters, and barristas. Their original outpost is in Chicago, and that’s where we discovered them. They have since started a second outpost in Los Angeles and after visiting these newer stores, I can tell you that these guys are at the top of their game. They are considered the very best coffee in L.A. by the New York Times, the L.A. Times, and L.A. Weekly. Our staff was trained by Michael Phillips, United States Barrista champion. Please note the exacting detail that they go through to produce the best espresso around.
