The French have perfected the art of “viennesoire,” or artisan breakfast pastry and our pastry chefs have re-created these delicate, buttery pastries perfectly. The macaroon is a traditional French pastry, made of egg whites, almond powder, icing sugar, and ganache. Known as the signature item in many Paris Pastry Shops, the consistency of these little sandwich cookies is much like crispy meringue with a soft filling.
